About Me

For most of you who aren’t in contact with me as much as you used to be, I figured this is a good way to keep you up to date of what is going on in my life.

I now  work pas much as I can at Erie Landmark Company in Columbia PA, and am currently a student at HACC about to finish my associates degree in Web Development. I plan on continuing for my bachelors in communications and focus on community and public relations.

The last 5 years I was a Technology Support Specialist at Hempfield School District. Working at Hempfield had its good times and bad times for me however, if it weren’t for the experiences an knowledge I obtained I would still be lost and not know what I would want to do, or as Brenda put it  ” I dont know what I wanna be when I grow up”. Thanks to Brenda for her mentorship and always welcomed advice, the other administrators for their continued support, Mike Graham for always teaching me something new,always fixing my issues and always being there, Vicki Reed for getting my start in loving technology in education , Jeff Kent who has always kept pushing me to strive for nothing less than my best, Doug for being a mentor, my former teacher and always still giving me “teacher advice”, and all my wonderful co-workers in the tech department  for all of their continued support through the good times and bad. I now know what I want to do. I need to also thank Jim Mahoney for giving me time to work at Memorial Hospital in York, PA. It was a wonderful experience to continue my skills in IT; it was a fun and enjoyable learning curve from education into health services.
